Was ist Tantra?
Diese Frage stellte ich mir, als ich Tantra kennenlernte.
Und ich frage mich immer noch regelmäßig … Weil ich mir nicht sicher bin, wie ich auf dieses so riesige und paradoxerweise so zugängliche Universum reagieren soll …
Ich biete Ihnen daher Hinweise und Hinweise, indem ich Ihnen mit Offenheit, Aufrichtigkeit und Humor von meiner fortschreitenden Einweihung in das Tantra erzähle.
Und ich lade Sie auch ein, durch einfache Übungen einen tantrischen Pfad für sich selbst zu erleben.

Tantra ist ein Raum, in dem sich die Frau, der Mann und das Paar dank jahrtausendealter und traditioneller Praktiken, die aus den Tantras hervorgehen, in aller Güte, Achtung, Freiheit und Vertraulichkeit zu ihrer Blüte entwickeln können.
Mein tantrischer Weg drückt sich in der Gegenwart und der Öffnung des Herzens durch Zeiten der Sprache, Meditation, Mantras, Atmung, Visualisierung, Verwaltung von Emotionen und Yoga der Berührung aus. Ich möchte daher die traditionelle Qualität der tantrischen Erziehung bewahren und sie auf meinen Reisen nach Frankreich und Europa an Ihr zeitgenössisches Alltagsleben anpassen.

What is Tantra?
I asked myself this question when I first met Tantra.
And I still ask myself it regularly … Because I remain uncertain as to the response to this universe so vast and paradoxically so accessible …
I therefore offer you clues, leads by telling you about my progressive initiation into Tantra with frankness, sincerity and humor.
And I will also invite you to experience a tantric path for yourself through simple exercises.

Tantra is a space in which the Woman, the Man and the Couple can evolve in all kindness, respect, freedom and confidentiality towards their fulfillment thanks to millenary and traditional practices stemming from the Tantras.
My tantric way is expressed in the presence and the opening of the heart via times of speech, meditation, mantras, breathing, visualization, management of emotions and Yoga of touch. I thus wish to preserve the traditional quality of Tantric education and adapt it to your contemporary daily life during my trips to France and Europe.

Come as you are, take flexible and comfortable clothes, sit comfortably, let yourself be guided by the voice …

Qu’est-ce que Tantra ?
Cette question, je me la suis posée dès ma première rencontre avec Tantra.
Et je me la pose encore régulièrement… Car je reste incertain quant à la réponse face à cet univers tellement vaste et paraissant paradoxalement si accessible…
Je vous offre donc des indices, des pistes en vous racontant mon initiation progressive à Tantra avec franchise, sincérité et humour.
Et je vous inviterai également à expérimenter par vous-mêmes une voie tantrique grâce à des exercices simples.

Tantra est un espace dans lequel la Femme, l’Homme et le Couple peuvent évoluer en toute bienveillance, respect, liberté et confidentialité vers leur épanouissement grâce à des pratiques millénaires et traditionnelles issues des Tantras.
Ma voie tantrique s’exprime dans la présence et l’ouverture du coeur via des temps de parole, de méditation, de mantras, de respiration, de visualisation, de gestion des émotions et de Yoga du toucher. Je souhaite ainsi conserver la qualité traditionnelle de l’enseignement tantrique et l’adapter à votre vie quotidienne contemporaine lors de mes déplacements en France et en Europe.
